Digilink
opened its first retail location in 1994 in Lansing, Michigan.
Digilink's value added strategy, which leverages our industry
experience, buying power, and customer centric organization has
allowed us to add four additional locations. We now have locations
in Okemos, Flint, Jackson, Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo. We are
the largest privately held computer retail business in Michigan.
Digilink serves customers of all sizes and types, including: first
time computer buyers; individuals; families; small, medium and
large businesses; schools, colleges, and universities; as well
as municipalities. We are proud that a large percent of our business
is from repeat customers. Early on, Digilink adopted a customer
centric business model that results in repeat customers who share
their Digilink experiences with their friends and colleagues.
We are proud of our simple store layouts, which makes shopping
easier for our customers and keeps our operating expenses down.
Digilink focuses on educating our customers so they can make informed
buying decisions, and we stand behind our products with no-nonsense
technical support tailored to the specific customer's needs. Digilink's
expertise is in hardware, and our sales volume combined with our
extensive manufacture and distributor relationships enable us
to bring more value to the customer. |
